Custom Sidas Insoles

"This is the most commonly overlooked contact points but one of the most important."

Chris - Founder of CyclingPerformance UK

The main contact point between Bike and Rider, your foot mechanics impact both comfort, efficiency and performance.

Our feet are incredible, able to mobilise and conform to the ground yet stiffen when walking and running but they function slightly differently in a cycling shoe. For the majority of riders, they'll often need correction to prevent over-pronation and minimise a loss of power and injury to the foot, knee and hip. Whether you have high arches that are stiff, or low arches that have excess mobility, Custom Sidas Cycling Insoles will help.

The custom process begins with measuring your foot size, width and changes in arch height from sitting to standing. You'll then stand on the Sidas moulds, where an imprint of your foot in (sub-talar) neutral posture will be taken. This ensures optimal biomechanics, efficiency and power transfer when cycling.

At the same time, the blank Sidas insoles will be heated, softening the resin and composite material, allowing it to adapt to the mould of your feet. You'll stand on the mould to position the insoles whilst we ensure your foot position is exactly where it should be.

Feet out, we then cool the mould, setting it to it's new shape before trimming and customising allowing them to fit perfectly into your cycling shoes.

Improved comfort, optimal biomechanics, perfect power transfer and shoes that never felt so good. Welcome to the world of Custom Cycling Insoles.
