We offer two principal Coaching Services underpinned with 20+ years of racing and coaching experience, whether you want to make it through the Mallorca 312 or qualify for the World Ironman Champs.
Coaching can be delivered in person, at the studio or programmed remotely via Training Peaks (TP) with plans being written specifically for you, NO GENERIC PLANS.
In Person services include Strength & Conditioning for Cycling and Triathlon, with a view to maximising your health and longevity outside of sport too. We work by understanding the qualities needed to achieve success in your sport whilst also minimising the risk of injury; all this starts with our Movement Screening Session.
Distance programming services include Monthly Training Plans for Cycling, Triathlon as well as Strength & Conditioning, all written and periodised towards your main event, featuring regular coach feedback on your sessions as well as unlimited access to your coach.
